A community that by self improvement can provide an example by which others around them can improve their lives.

We strive to provide our members with a positive environment and to guide them, through elite coaching and programming, to achieve a higher quality of life no matter what our members goals.

What We Do ?

We want our members to experience real health. This stretches beyond the narrow constraints of the physical into the mental, spiritual and emotional. Real health is expressed in everything we do, from what we do to how we dress, to how we walk, play and rest. Our physical training attempts to go beyond just the physical, into building positive characters with a positive mindset. Character taints such as confidence, honour, perseverance, discipline, courage, integrity, responsibility, dedication, and joy are all derived and required to excel in life as well as in our community.

Our constantly varied programming means you will never get bored because you rarely do the same workout twice. Each day is different and will challenge you in a different aspect of fitness. You will move quickly through a lineup of exercises known as the Workout Of the Day, or WOD, which is the hallmark of the CrossFit experience. Every WOD is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts- from warm up to cool down- are an hour or less, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.

We are focused on improving and optimizing physical competence the 10 fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy). The workouts are constantly varied. The results are dramatic. The community atmosphere is full of support and friendliness for those willing to get the better version of them !
