Get Your Free Class Of CrossFit At Mobile, Alabama

Getting started with CrossFit is easy at CrossFit Roadhouse!


The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit Roadhouse is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp introductory course.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.

Please turn up 15 minutes early so you have plenty of time to change into kit and prepare for the session. Checkout classes schedule here.

At it’s core, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that incorporates elements of power lifting, gymnastics, Olympic weight lifting, and interval training. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. During the first few months of your CrossFit journey with us at CrossFit Roadhouse, we introduce you to these concepts by having you work with one of our Coaches. Any Mixed Level WOD class will have atleast 2 Coaches on hand. The job of our coaches is to be there for you! They will be making sure you’re learning all the movements properly with an emphasis on the fundamentals. Each class they will scale the skill and workout for your fitness level. As you continue to progress, you will be able to learn more advanced lifts and increase the intensity.

Please note:

All members must complete a Fundamentals course before participating in group classes. Once you have completed a Fundamentals course, you will be able to choose a membership level (Gold, Silver, Bronze) and join a group class. A typical group class consists of a warm up, mobility work, skill practice and strength training, the workout of the day (WOD) and a cool down. Group classes are limited to fifteen athletes.

The drop-in policy applies to experienced CrossFitters only (i.e know how to scale workouts, be familiar with common CrossFit movements)


This program is made to ensure that you are brought into fitness at your own pace. The athlete will be in a beginners only class. After a two hour nutrition class on the 23rd of January, where the athlete learns the basics of paleo and nutrition taught by a nutritional therapist.

The classes will have beginners workouts and basic movements to ensure that they are CrossFit ready in 4 week. The program include 2 crossfit classes and 1 yoga class weekly. Call today for more information.
